Shipping & Returns

Every order is fulfilled through wonderdesignworks.com. The terms below cover how your objects reach you, and how to send them back if a piece doesn't earn its place.

Shipping

• Processing. Orders are processed in 1–3 days (80% of orders ship within this window). You'll receive a tracking number the moment your package leaves the workshop.
• Domestic (US). Shipping takes 7–15 days at a flat $5.37 per order.
• International. We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Lost or delayed. If tracking stalls for more than 7 business days, write to us and we'll open a trace and make it right.

Returns

• 30-day window. Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
• How to start. Email us with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send a return authorization and a prepaid domestic label (deducted from the refund).
• Refund timing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned item arriving at our workshop.
• Exchanges. To swap for a different variant, return the original item and place a new order — this is the fastest path and holds your stock.
• Final sale. Personalized or modified pieces, and items returned used or incomplete, are not eligible for return.
